The Experience
Paddle the LA River is the premier kayaking experience in Los Angeles. You will kayak down this natural bottom portion of the Los Angeles River surrounded by a beautiful and peaceful habitat filled with a variety of wildlife and native flora.
Guided Group Tours
For private groups of at least six (6) people, we will offer guided tours during three-time slots on select Saturdays this season with fourteen (14) slots available. Each trip will have three certified guides, and we will provide you with a kayak, safety equipment including a personal floating device and a helmet. Tours will include a short training and safety orientation, a brief river history, and an update on current river conditions following this season’s rainfall. For group tours, the costs are $50 per person for a 1.5-hour trip. This covers labor, as well as the value of your kayak, safety equipment, administration, equipment transport, and insurance.
